After school clubs are subject to change from term to term.
Extended School
Regarding Breakfast club and Afterschool club
Our breakfast and afterschool club are run on a pay in advance system, which is non-refundable if not attended. The reason this applies is due to staffing and food quantities required for each day.
Charges per hour:
Our breakfast club runs from 7:50am until school morning session begins: £4.00 With breakfast included
Our afterschool club runs from School finish time to 5:15pm. Charges are made on a session; this means charges are made for:
First Session | School finish time | 4:15pm | £4.00 |
Second Session | 4:15pm | 5:15pm | £4.00 |
Tea is included in the Second Hour
Therefore, if your child is booked into afterschool club from School finish time to 4:15pm but you are unable to collect your child until after 4:15pm the second session becomes chargeable.
Booking in advance:
To book a place please contact the school office. All bookings should be made and paid for one week in advance by Noon on the Friday. Refunds for absences cannot be given. Due to limited number of spaces, we will not be able to accept last minute or emergency bookings/
