School Vision & Values
Farringdon Academy.
At Farringdon Academy we work as a team to make a positive difference to the lives of all our children and families.
We work together to ensure that each child is:
- provided with a caring and nurturing environment in which to learn
- valued, respected and listened to
- enjoying a broad and balanced curriculum which enables them to achieve
- given opportunities to help them aspire and reach their full potential
- encouraged to discover, develop and celebrate their talents
- supported to be confident, independent and resilient learners
Together we live, learn and inspire!
We celebrate our 5 Farra Rules in our celebration assembly each week. At the beginning of the school year we discussed what each rule looks like in our school and gave examples of how we can demonstrate them each day. Our Head boy and girl and Deputy Head boy and girl help to lead a weekly assembly. They give certificates and prizes linked to our rules, for examples of fantastic work and celebrate the classes with the highest attendance each week. We also take time to celebrate any achievements that have happened outside of school where pupils have taken part in any clubs or competitions.
